Hearing Scheduled on Diebold TSx

The Secretary of State has scheduled a hearing on the Diebold TSx electronic voting system. Last July, Secretary McPherson rejected the system for certification based on problems that arose during testing. The TSx had previously been decertified.

The agenda is here. Although the agenda is unclear, the hearing will presumably be conducted by the Voting Systems and Procedures Panel.
