"Ohio voting system unfair, suit says"

"A group of voter advocates filed a lawsuit in federal court Thursday accusing Ohio of operating a voting system that fails to protect the right to vote.

The lawsuit against Secretary of State Ken Blackwell and Gov. Bob Taft cited problems with voter registration, poll worker training, counting of provisional ballots and distribution of voting machines."
