Federal Voting Systems Bill

This bill would impose certain requirements on voting systems vendors (similar to those imposed by California law), prohibit conflicts of interest by voting systems testing authorities, and require the posting of a notice advising voters of their right to file a complaint if they believe that a voting machine is not working properly.
